Ultimate HAMburger

Ground beef is expensive, and people are going through a lot of tough times, so what if we could make an even better, one might even say, THE ULTIMATE, burger, by using the much cheaper, ground pork? We are going to buy a pork butt, grind it up, season it, and see if we can make a burger out of pork that can rival a classic beef burger.
